I offer a prayer 🙏
As stereotypical masculine traits dominate the narrative, we Need voices of reason to bring forth a balance, where patience, kindness and empathy, often more associated with the feminine, are prioritised.
In the current environment both men and women need to embrace and nurture these traits whatever our biological sex. Only then might we stand a better chance for creating harmonious outcomes.
When the shouting stops, the healing can start.
